Shipping policy
| UPS | If your order was placed after 2pm PST it will not ship out until the following business day. |
| FedEx | If your order was placed after 1pm PST it will not ship out until the following business day. |
| USPS | If your order was placed after 10am PST it will not ship out until the following business day. |
UPS and other freight carriers deliveries and transit times are based on Monday - Friday only and exclude holidays.
PSS Seal is closed on the weekends and on most major holidays. If orders are placed during these periods we will not be able to ship your order until the following business day.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Import Fees
PSS Seal will assist you, however, customs procedures vary from country to country, and agent to agent. Please check with local officials regarding cost and proper procedures for labeling. PSS Seal is not responsible for customs charges and duties or delays by custom officers, shipping agents, or flight delays once the shipment leaves our warehouse. PSS Seal will bill for any duties and taxes that are charged back to us after the initial shipment.
